Twelve sites, four cities, one rebrand deadline, and a client who could not afford to close any location for a day.
Rebrands stall at the physical layer. The identity was signed off in March; by June, eight of the twelve sites still carried the old name over the door because nobody had owned the rollout.
How we ran it
- Surveyed all twelve sites in one week, photographing and measuring every fixing point.
- Manufactured in two batches so the first installations began while the second batch was in production.
- Installed outside trading hours, one city at a time, with a two-person crew per site.
- Handed over a site-by-site record: what was installed, when, and the maintenance interval.
Result
Five weeks from survey to final site. No closures, no lost trading hours, and a documented asset register the client can hand to whoever maintains the estate next. The eight lagging sites went from being the problem to being finished first, because we sequenced by installation difficulty rather than by geography.
