We publish the salary band on every role, we pay for take-home work, and we tell you the answer within five working days. None of that is generous; it is the minimum, and it is rarer than it should be.
Open roles
Senior Frontend Engineer — Remote (CET ±3)
Band: $68,000–$86,000 depending on experience. Type: Full time.
You will own the build on two to three concurrent client projects, working directly with the designer and the client. We care that you can make performance and accessibility decisions without being asked, and that you can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical client without condescension.
You probably fit if: five or more years building production frontends, comfortable with modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript before reaching for a framework, and you have opinions about page weight.
Brand Designer — Remote or Casablanca
Band: $52,000–$70,000. Type: Full time.
Identity work from positioning through to rollout kit. You will run stakeholder interviews yourself, not receive a brief from someone who did. Bilingual typography experience (Latin and Arabic) is a significant advantage.
Operations Consultant — Hybrid, Lyon
Band: $60,000–$78,000. Type: Full time.
Workflow mapping, audits and roadmaps for mid-size clients. Involves real site visits and shadowing real work — this is not a slide-deck role. Fluent French required.
Marketing Analyst — Remote
Band: $44,000–$58,000. Type: Full time or 4-day week.
Own the measurement layer: analytics implementation, CRM integration, reporting. If you have ever refused to report a metric you did not trust, we would like to talk.
How we hire
- Application — a CV and a few sentences on why this role. No cover letter theatre.
- Intro call, 30 minutes — mutual filtering. You may ask about salary, clients and workload; we will answer.
- Paid exercise — a realistic task, roughly four hours, paid at your day rate. We keep nothing we do not hire you to build.
- Team conversation, 60 minutes — with the two people you would work with daily, discussing your exercise as colleagues rather than examiners.
Five working days from final stage to decision. Every applicant who reaches the intro call gets specific feedback, including the ones we decline.
What we offer
- Remote-first with at least four overlapping hours, not full timezone alignment
- Four-day week available at 90% salary after the first year
- $1,500 annual learning budget with no approval process
- Real equipment budget, replaced every three years
- Twenty-eight days leave plus public holidays in your country
- No on-call, no weekend deploys, no "we are like a family"
What we do not offer
Equity — we are not that kind of company and would rather pay salary. Rapid promotion — we are eleven people and the ladder is short. Perfect work-life balance during a launch week — those weeks are busier, and we say so before you sign.
Nothing fits?
Write to us through the contact page with what you do and what you want to be doing in two years. We read all of them, and we keep the interesting ones on file.
