These are the real questions from real discovery calls, answered the way we answer them on the phone.
Most projects run four to eight weeks. After the discovery call we send a written timeline with dated milestones and we hold to it. Larger programs are split into phases so you see value early rather than waiting months for one launch.
Fixed price per scope, not per hour. The number in the proposal is the number you pay. If the scope changes mid-project we agree the difference in writing before any extra work begins. Retainers are the one exception and are billed monthly.
Typically 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint milestone and 30% on handover. For engagements above $10,000 we can split across more milestones. We invoice in USD, EUR or MAD.
One named point of contact for the whole project, plus direct access to the specialists doing the work. No account-manager relay and no anonymous ticket queue. You can see the whole team on our team page.
You do, completely. Source code, design files, domain, hosting and analytics accounts all transfer to you at handover. We keep no licensing hooks and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Thirty days of support for fixes and adjustments is included in every project. After that you can move to a monthly care plan or take everything in-house. Roughly half of our clients choose each.
Yes. We work remotely across several time zones and keep at least three overlapping hours with your working day. Contracts and invoices are available in your local currency, and we work in English, French and Arabic.
Often, yes. We start with a short paid audit of what exists, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and give you a rescue plan with a cost before you commit to anything further. Occasionally that audit concludes that rebuilding is cheaper, and we will say so.
Weekly reviews exist precisely so this is caught early rather than at handover. If it still goes wrong, the contract lets you stop at any milestone; you pay for completed milestones and you keep everything produced to that point. We have had this happen twice in twelve years and both clients kept the files.
Yes, routinely, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours. We will not agree to blanket non-compete clauses that prevent us working in an entire industry.
GDPR-compliant processing with a named data protection contact. We request the minimum access needed, use time-limited credentials where possible, and remove all access within thirty days of handover unless you have a support plan.
Request a quote and you get a written scope within two working days, or book a free discovery call if you would rather talk first. Neither commits you to anything.
