Our Team | The People Who Do the Work

The People Who Do the Work

Eleven people. No juniors billed as seniors, no offshore layer you were not told about. The names below are the names on your project.

Leadership

Adam Reeves — Managing Director

Eighteen years turning business goals into plans that can actually be built. Adam runs commercial conversations and sits in every discovery call, which is why our scopes rarely need renegotiating. Previously operations lead at a 200-person consultancy, which he describes as an education in what not to do.

Lina Haddad — Head of Strategy

Turns messy market data into a roadmap you can act on. Lina wrote the audit methodology we use on every consulting engagement. Background in behavioural economics; she is the reason we interview customers who left, not only customers who stayed.

Delivery

Omar Silva — Technical Lead

Builds fast, accessible systems that are cheap to maintain. Omar owns our performance standards — every project ships under a defined budget for page weight and interaction latency, and he will delay a launch over it. Contributor to two open-source accessibility tools.

Maya Okonkwo — Design Lead

Designs interfaces people understand without a manual. Maya runs our design system work and has a useful habit of asking what a screen is for before asking what it should look like. Ten years across product and brand.

Daniel Farhat — Growth Manager

Runs the campaigns and reports the numbers without spin. Daniel refuses to start a paid engagement before conversion tracking is connected to the CRM, which occasionally delays a launch by three weeks and has never once been the wrong call.

Client Success

Sara Nour — Client Success

Your single point of contact from kickoff to handover. Sara keeps the weekly rhythm honest and is the person who tells us, rather than you, when something is slipping. Fluent in Arabic, French and English.

How we hire

Slowly, and mostly for judgement. Technical skill is testable and teachable; knowing when to tell a client that their idea is expensive and wrong is neither. Every hire spends their first two weeks shadowing live projects before touching one.

We are a distributed team across three countries with at least four overlapping working hours daily. We do not track hours. We do review outcomes.

Want to join?

We publish every open role, along with the salary band, on our careers page. If nothing fits but you think we should know you, write to us anyway — two of our current team arrived that way.
